Wrapped in the love of God

The original of this picture was a commissioned painting that hit the client already like a bomb during the process of creation. She was so touched that she spontaneously wrote a song about it (more details in the blog article of the original painting).

When I prayed for the recipient of the picture, I had in my mind what had recently happened in her family. As I prayed, I saw her in the dark how she was wrapped in a cloak.

Somehow it was very fluid, it could have been the blood of Christ. In any case, it expressed how close God is to her, how he surrounds her, how his blood covers and protects her, how the mantle of his love wraps her, how she is hidden in him, embraced by him. The song by Delirious? "Jesus' blood never fails me" came to my mind.
