I have created a large number of paintings that were not commissioned paintings. Mostly they were created in a time of worship or prayer and have a prophetic meaning.<\/p>\n

Jesus wants to refresh and encourage us when we are in the midst of challenges and crises. But we have to come to Him to do that. Isn't it exciting that Jesus' promise that rivers of living water will flow from us has to do with the thirsty. Sounds kind of like a contradiction, but it's actually a secret! Those who know that they cannot do it on their own, can minister in the power of God.<\/p>\n Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them. Here I painted over my artists' watercolor pencils with water. A very interesting effect created by the contrast between the rough colored pencil strokes and the painted colors.<\/p>\n
