I am very glad that you have chosen to commission a personal, prophetic picture of me.
In order to avoid complications as far as possible, both parties agree to the following points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Nature of the prophetic<\/strong>
    Da ich nicht wei\u00df inwieweit jeder Auftraggeber mit dem Prophetischen vertraut ist, m\u00f6chte ich im Voraus ein paar erkl\u00e4rende S\u00e4tze zum Wesen des Prophetischen machen. Ich glaube, dass Jesus sehr real ist und dass Er es liebt zu Seinen Kindern zu sprechen. Sehr oft passiert das \u00fcber symbolhafte Bilder und Worte, die wir \u00fcber unsere Gedanken empfangen. Gott benutzt dabei unsere Pers\u00f6nlichkeit, das hei\u00dft das Empfangene ist gepr\u00e4gt vom Wesen des H\u00f6renden. Wir h\u00f6ren nie 100%ig rein und glasklar von Gott. Das Empfangene muss gepr\u00fcft, abgew\u00e4gt, ausgelegt und angewendet werden. Hier k\u00f6nnen Fehler in jedem dieser Bereiche passieren.    

    Ich gehe ann\u00e4hernd 30 Jahre in dieser Gabe und es ist vielfach best\u00e4tigt, dass ich eine prophetische Gabe habe. Dennoch kann ich keine Garantie geben, dass das was ich empfange tats\u00e4chlich von Jesus kommt und vom Heiligen Geist inspiriert ist. Manchmal bete ich kurz und ein entsprechender Eindruck ist gleich da, manchmal bete ich jedoch auch Wochen und ich habe noch nichts empfangen.Was ich dann empfange, setze ich dann kreativ als Bild um. Dabei folge ich treu dem, was ich empfangen habe und setze es dann nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen um. Ob das empfangene Bild, dann dem Empf\u00e4nger gef\u00e4llt, ob er etwas damit anfangen kann oder nicht, darauf habe ich keinen Einfluss.

    Pictures often have a symbolic meaning that is not always immediately obvious. Sometimes it is necessary for the recipient to pray over the picture as well, so that the recipient finds out for himself what it means in concrete terms for his life. It can happen that a certain amount of time has to pass before the picture speaks into your own life. The recipient is required to check the picture and the impression himself and is of course free to decide whether to accept it for himself.

  2. Payment<\/strong>
    Paintings are prepaid. The fee is the same whether the recipient likes the picture and can relate to the impression or not. (Of course, I make sure I have prayed enough to receive an impression of the Holy Spirit for the painting and create a proper image that I feel fits the impression.) The fee is primarily for the hours of work, the materials used and my costs. When a personal painting is completed depends on how long I have to pray to get an impression and when I can find time to work on the painting (I also have a part-time job on the side and other commitments). When there are multiple orders at once, the images are usually created in order of order\/payment. Exceptions only in consultation with the other clients and at the discretion of the artist.

  3. Copyright and right of use<\/strong>
    Copyright remains with the artist (Jocky), the recipient, client has the right to use the image in the personal, private, non-commercial area. I am posting the picture anonymously on my blog along with the interpretation. I then link this article to various social media. On Instagram I post pictures and videos of the creation. The artist has the right to reproduce and sell the image on other media such as art prints, postcards. If the client does not agree to this, an additional fee of \u20ac50 will be charged (publication on my blog and in social media is a form of advertising for me and my art, reproduction on other media is another source of income, which would be eliminated as a result).

  4. Order of a commission<\/strong>
    – der Kunde kontaktiert mich und sagt mir, wie viele pers\u00f6nliche prophetische Bilder er von mir erstellt haben m\u00f6chte und gibt mir nur die Namen der Empf\u00e4nger (mehr Infos sind nicht erforderlich)  
    – der Kunde bekommt von mir eine Rechnung mit meinen Bankdaten (oder er bestellt \u00fcber den Shop<\/a> auf dieser Webseite). Nach der vollst\u00e4ndigen \u00dcberweisung des Honorars (Ratenzahlung ist m\u00f6glich), beginne ich f\u00fcr die Empf\u00e4nger und die Bilder zu beten.
    – sobald ich den entsprechenden Eindruck empfangen habe, setze ich das Bild mit K\u00fcnstleraquarellstiften auf einem speziellen Zeichenkarton im Din A4 Format um (andere Techniken und Formate auf Anfrage).
    – Ich poste Bilder\/ Videos von der Entstehung in den sozialen Medien.
    – Ist das Bild fertiggestellt, erh\u00e4lt der Auftraggeber einen Scan des Bildes zusammen mit einer E-Mail mit dem Eindruck und der Auslegung. Im Anschluss verschicke ich das Original in einem kartonierten Umschlag an die gew\u00fcnschte Adresse (gerne auch als versicherte Sendung).
    – Ich poste dann das Bild und die Auslegung anonym auf meinem Blog. Ideal w\u00e4re noch ein Feedback des Kunden\/ Empf\u00e4ngers dazu. Diesen Blogbeitrag ver\u00f6ffentliche ich dann in diversen Facebookgruppen auf Deutsch und Englisch. Das Bild poste ich dann auch auf meinem Instagram Account oder anderen sozialen Medien.

  5. Cancellation of the contract<\/strong>
    As long as the invoice has not yet been created and the fee has not yet been transferred, both parties can withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. If the fee has already been transferred, a processing fee of \u20ac10 will be charged. If the artist has already started to implement the order, withdrawal is only possible in consultation with the artist (reimbursement of the fee will then only be prorated depending on how much work has already been invested in the work of art).

  6. Declaration of consent is part of the commission<\/strong>
